Andrea Lorenzo products are made of 100% leather. Please note to the back of the shoe card to see what materials are used for your collection piece. We recommend you use any care products, which are either focused on the specific type of leather or are suitable for only genuine leather products.
We recommend to upkeep the shoes and soles to the best of your ability. Please use appropriate cleaners and change heel caps before they ware down to the nails’ as this will allow better preservation of the shoes. If you require any further advice on shoe care please do not hesitate to contact us.
SOLES AND HEELS
Leather soles and leather heels
Please note all Andrea Lorenzo soles are made from 100% cow leather and are hand painted. Due to it being very delicate material, the soles and any leather heels will naturally ware (even after one use), this is not a manufacturing defect.
Metallic heels
All metallic heels are covered in a foil finish therefore please be careful when on any uneven surfaces as they may scratch or rub against the heel. Due to this material being very delicate (similar to the leather heels) it will ware over use. Unfortunately due to the nature of this product it will be difficult to fix any scratching so please take care when wearing.
ACCESSORIES
Leather and feather accessories
Any leather and feather accessories will mould to their surroundings so please be careful when taking the shoes on and off. Also over time the leather will naturally ware from use, so be aware some shape may change. Please use the shoe bag or box provided to store shoes making sure these do not get rubbed or damaged.
